Additional Images from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the images.

Also featured in this new document release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had created ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is annotated in red pen markings and features a notes section detailing distinct areas of the property.

Accompanying the main plan are what look to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, featuring designs for boat shelters.

More images made public as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
